OnSite Social is a revolutionary mobile application developed by TekRevol, designed to bridge the gap between the physical and digital worlds. It facilitates the users with meaningful connections according to their real-time locations.


Project Goals
The primary goal of TekRevol in creating OnSite Social was to ensure productive interactions among the users considering their vicinity with a powerful platform. The key objectives were based on fostering connections for users with potential friends, business contacts, or individuals of interest by leveraging location due to cutting-edge location-based technology.
With this project, consumers could easily purchase products as per their desire and budget. Plus, this project enables users to find the best deals on the products they intend to buy and save money.

Challenges & Solutions
One of the obstacles we encountered during the development of this project was that the Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) of the product stores to extract data were not accessible.
To overcome this issue, we developed an efficient web scraper that can easily extract data from the stores directly. Additionally, we have incorporated a monitor that provides us with an alert if anything changes in the stores in terms of data, so that we can modify it accordingly.
Moreover, we employ automated scraping tools to acquire different products’ data and prices from different stores.

App Features
This price comparison app features an intuitive interface to track user spending and savings and allows users to redeem rewards they have earned. Besides, the app also offers discounts, promotions, and prizes to incentivize users to save more.
Moreover, it also offers the ability to earn points, cashback, and other rewards through loyalty programs, referrals, and by externally sharing the app. Furthermore, it also features website links for redirecting, so that the users can search, filter, sort, and purchase their favorite products.

An idea to provide a solution that can minimize the human effort of researching the lowest prices by visiting stores separately.
What Outcomes?
Our goal was to provide an application to users that would make the navigation in the app seamless and user-friendly.
Overall, with this app, customers don’t need to visit the stores separately in order to purchase products. Instead, they can easily compare and find distinct products’ prices and features available on the platforms within the application.
The Results
The end result of this application is an intuitive design, a user-friendly mobile application that enables online shoppers to compare and contrast distinct products’ features and prices and shop for their favorite products hassle-free.
Due to the building of this application, users don’t need to visit stores separately to buy their favorite products/goods. To sum up, the purpose of this application is to provide users with a seamless shopping experience in one place without any hassle.
